All services provided by RV Quantum Technologies are governed by the terms outlined in the written quotation provided to the client. By accepting a quotation, you agree to these terms and conditions.
50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods as specified in your quotation.
Timelines are provided in the quotation and are estimates. RV Quantum Technologies will make reasonable efforts to meet deadlines but cannot guarantee specific completion dates.
All deliverables including designs, code, and content become the property of the client upon full payment. RV Quantum Technologies retains the right to use completed work for portfolio purposes.
The number of revisions included is specified in your package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
RV Quantum Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Ongoing maintenance and support are available through our monthly service packages. Basic support is included for 30 days after delivery.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the quotation.
